To continue ensuring the best quality service for our customers, we have added disinfectant sprays, and wipes for cleaning at each of our seven locations. At each entrance, we have installed an alcohol based hand wash station, which we ask all guests and staff use upon entry.
All of our venues are cleaned regularly, ensuring that all touch points throughout the venue are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. For your convenience, we have bottles of disinfectant spray, and disinfectant wipes in all washrooms, behind each bar, and by the kitchen sink(s) in each venue.
If any staff or guests are feeling under the weather, we ask that you do not enter our venues or attend meetings/ events. If you have attended an event, and within a matter of days become ill and contract COVID-19, please inform a Berkeley Events representative immediately at info [at] berkeleyevents.com.
This is the industry standard during this pandemic, and Berkeley will not be offering any refunds as per the signed contract. If you wish to cancel your event, at the 90 day mark, Berkeley Events will offer you a credit note for deposits paid, to be used within one year at any of our venues, or for off-site catering. If the event is postponed, all of your deposits will be transferred to the rescheduled date.
